A recent survey has shown that 50% of children aren’t having any kind of fruit or veg in a single day which has shocked us here at Hey Mummy. We are not saying our kids are stuffing in their 5 every single day as I think most parents will agree that it’s just not that easy but we sure as heck try. Sometimes you have to be sneaky and smuggle the veg into their dinner and sometimes you just have to find a way that the kids will get on board with.
